911 Auto Glass

Had 1 o'clock appt. was earlywas told installers would be there at 1;30-they arrived at 2:15 to replace windshield, Installed windshield promptly left- Realized parts were left off called back was told would ask installers about parts,No reply called back next day was told manager would get back to me-2days later he called said give him 2 hours to talk to installers and would call me back-That was 11 days ago and no call back and answer to parts missing from cowl cover and windshield nut covers. Have replaced parts at an additional $50 This was the second time i used this company and my last Beware Wasn't allowed to give zero stars thats why 1 star is given
