AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Don't go here. They will rip you off!!! I paid over $3000 for them to rebuild the transmission in my 2003 Ford F350. It supposedly came with a 3 year /30,000 mile warranty. After about 6,000 miles started having problems. Dropped it off for them to fix it under warranty, they had it for FIVE WEEKS. FIVE WEEKS!!!!! When I finally got it back, it still wasn't right, but I had to drive it anyways. It started getting worse and I was forced to take it back yet again. They refused to honor their warranty. They just want to get you in there and get your money, after that you are screwed. Just took it to a competent transmission shop. They fixed it in 2 days and told me there was no way aamco did the work they said they did. They said they do a lot of work on vehicles that were formerly worked on at aamco. The people who work at aamco are liars and the 'mechanics' are incompetent. DONT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
