After our A/C went out for a second time we decided to explore replacing the air conditioner and our antiquated furnace. The Air Serve advisor, Tate Robb, came to our house and outlined in detail the options available to us along with the advantages and cost of each system. Furthermore he informed us of the various rebates available from both the electric utility and the gas company. After we studied the options for several days we had questions. Mr. Robb again answered each one of them, some by email and some via phone. He was very knowledgable and informative. We very much appreciated his help and patience. We ended up purchasing one of the options that was quite energy efficient. Happily the installation was efficiently and promptly done. Finally, we were pleased that several days after the installation a technician made an appointment and came by our house and did a quality check that all the installation work was well done. Of course it was well done but we appreciated the quality check. We want to mention that Mr. Robb subsequently made another visit to our home to answer any questions we had and to help us process the rebate forms. This is a quality business and we would certainly do business with them again.
