My machine was seeping air. I tried to find the leak but couldn't. After 2 miserable nights w/out it, I took it to the A HP office. Sarah, the receptionist was WONDERFUL! I did not have an appointment but was seen right away by Dale. Who was also AWESOME. Found the problem immediately ( a seal had come loose), had me test it to make sure it worked properly and sent me on my way. It took all 10 minutes or less! It's easier to troubleshoot WITH the machine than over the phone. I can't wait to go to bed tonight!
