Applebee’s Grill + Bar

The service here is horrible. I have been here lots of times because I love the food, but the service seems to never improve. This is the third time my groups entire meal has been paid for by the general manager. Been waiting an hour and half for our food tonight. Very upset. But thanks for the free meal and our waitress, Kaneshia, was really great still yet and kept a great attitude through it all.
