I am a business owner in the St.Louis area. I recently have taken two vehicles to Austin transmission this year. I got exceptional service both times. The Manager of this location Michael Moran puts the customer before the Dollar he says that is the most important thing he doesn't worry about the money it follows good service.
Recently I took one of my company trucks to Austin It broke down and I called in after hours to their 24 hour emergency line and Mike Moran told me don't worry after I explained that I could not be without this truck. He helped me set up a tow and my install truck was completely rebuilt and back on the road by 4:30 the next day.
I was very well satisfied with the service and the cost asking them if the charged me enough for the work that they done because i Know this kind of work is very detail orientated and physically hard work.
I will recommend them to every one.
