The store is constantly under staffed. When asked to test a battery they say we can't but it's offered and they won't honor what they promote.So I had to go to another store (O'Reilly's auto parts) TO GET THE battery TESTED only to find out it the battery was bad so I just bought a new one from them $130.00 Auto Zone missed out on. In my eyes that's bad for business.
I'll never go back to that place.
