Update: 13,5 hours to unload!!!! The person at the window (Tony) acting very rude to drivers, he was yelling on me when I was asking questions about refused load. He was late for 15 minutes after his lunch, so 5 drivers was waiting in the freezer for him. I was talking to Eric Hill over the phone, he promised to investigate this.
