Baymont by Wyndham Springfield South Hwy 65

For the price it is not bad. BUT...the rooms were not clean, trash under bed from last people, bed cover had stains, bathtub floor and shower curtain had stains. Hot tub had scum or mold, mold above hot tub and pool on the ceiling, pool had so much chemicals in it you couldn't stay in long it hurt your eyes and mouth tasted nasty. People at front desk were not rude but weren't happy, could be more personable. Had to ask two different times for towels. I had to look for bed bugs because the trash on the floor had me concerned. The beds were comfortable though, just I could not sleep well in such a dirty room.I will not come back because of the uncleanness of it all.

I went to this Baymont hotel for an overnight business trip ama wad quite pleased. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were courteous and polite to me upon check in and check out. The breakfast was a nice variety; many choices such as fruit, bagels, oatmeal, coffee, juice, muffins, waffles, etc. To start the day off right. When I'm in the Springfield area again for business again, I definately plan on staying here again.
