Worse company to work for. They don't care about they workers. All they care about is the money. You'll wind up doing a couple of hours of work and not get paid for cause you can't clock in til you get to the jobsite. Their works are crappy. I have pictures to prove it. I was working at a site that the works was half done and we had to go finish it. They don't give you breaks. (per wage and hour law and also federal work law) most of the labor don't make 40 hrs a week. That's so they don't have to pay for insurance and benefits. And if you get fired from the company. You can not collect your last paycheck til you signed a statement that you quit so they don't have to pay you unemployment.(which is also illegal)
The company have been doing things illegally when it comes to wage and hour laws. I was working art a site and was told to pack things up because OSHA was coming there. We was working there and doing things behind OSHA's back. That was documented by me and a few other people that worked there also. There are many OSHA and Wage and Hour rules that have been broken at the company. I have documented all things that was done. Wage and Hour and OSHA will be notified by me and a few other ex employees with our documents. Running a legitimate business is one thing, but screwing employees money and other people's money is another. So working for them and hiring them to do screwed up jobs is what you want, then all means, good for you. But as for me and the other ex employees we will never recommend them to anybody.
