Best Buy

I don't often go to Best Buy, I find there prices a bit on the higher side. I also don't like the sales spill at checkout. This trip wasn't too bad. I needed a power supply for a new pc and the price was comparable. I was able to find it in the store quickly with one question to the door rep. I got the item and checkout wasn't bad. Of course there isn't much to up sell on a power supply. Overall it was a good trip.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Had the absolute worst customer service experience with Geek Squad. I had to make FOUR trips to the store (an hour away from my home) before they successful fixed my phone. The first time they replaced screen and couldn't get it to charge. Second trip and 2nd screen the speakers weren't working. Third third trip I got all the way there and they told me someone called in sick so I would have to come back a FOURTH time. No one even bothered to call and tell me before I made the trip. I spoke with the Best Buy manager who was a complete joke and made it very clear that he didn't care. Awful service!!!
