This store is very well taken care of as far as product placement and availability. The staff are very friendly and eager to help, you may be annoyed by how many employees will greet you and ask if you need assistance. However, I see that as a good thing. We had an issue with switching out a fitness band which we purchased the protection plan on. They would not replace it with the newer model even though they no long carry the model we purchased and elected that we pay the difference. However, Sasha, meet us half way and took care of the us. She was very friendly and shared our understanding and concern. We were hoping to get the item replaced, as that was what was explained to us when we originally purchased the protection plan. However, we were pleased our service and experience in the store. But FYI for future buying, it wasn’t the employee’s fault.
