Big Bend Auto Center

I typically don't write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so based upon my experience at Big Bend Auto Center. Brought my truck in on Friday to get the wheel position sensor replaced. They open at 7:00 am and I arrived at 6:55 am. Much to my surprise they were already there and open. (that is a pet peeve of mine, businesses that say they are open at a certain time but are 5 to 10 minutes late in opening). I met David, the owner as I was walking in and we struck up a conversation immediately. A super nice guy. I was then met by Tom at the front desk who also couldn't have been nicer! Took me maybe 2 or 3 minutes to check in and had nice conversations with both David and Tom while doing so. The proof though is in the work. I picked up the truck around noon and actually met the gentleman (I apologize because I didn't get his name) who did the work on my truck. He too was extremely nice and asked if I had any questions on the work done. My truck runs great. Bottom-line, they provide great service, the work was done perfectly and to my satisfaction and the price was exactly as I was quoted and was fair and reasonable. I will be returning for all of my car/truck repair needs!
