So upon entering this establishment i had high hopes that my vehicle would be inspected quick without a hassle. After all the employee who had checked me in said that my car would be taken care of in 30 minutes. After an hour had passed i had found myself in good conversation with another customer. He was notified that his truck was ready and that they had fixed the issue. I assumed i would walk out and see that my car was almost done. However when i looked through the glass i didnt see my car. I thought to myself hell ya they already got mine done. Then i looked outside only to see my car in the exact same spot i had left it. There was a young woman infront of me complaining that her vehicle wasnt being worked on. I peered out and saw two men eating beside her car while it was on the lift. The manager said, "his employees gota eat" and then he went on to say some rather rude and uncalled for remarks to the woman as she walked outside. I then asked for my keys and left the building.
