This is the biggest pain to use. I'm unable to use any other pharmacy, or if I do I pay a steep amount for things that would be free or next to nothing from the BJC pharmacy. It does not take 10 days to fill and mail a prescription. All of the websites are a massive pain to use, plus you have to have a new log in for each one and your information is not passed over, you have to put it in every time. There is no auto refill, there is no fast way to do anything. You have to call every time to fill anything and then wait over a week to get it. I've dealt with both rude and nice techs over the phone. If you're pretty much forcing people to use this as their pharmacy, at least make it up to par with every single other pharmacy out there. Auto refills, one website that holds your information so you don't have to enter every new script, actually finish your website (If you click on the FAQ page it says "this page will be used to answer frequently asked questions in the future.") If it didn't cost me over $30 for something that is free when mail ordered, I would never use this again.
