I have really enjoyed my stay here at Bear Village over the last school year. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and they are quick to take care of anything you need. Our fully furnished room has also been a huge enjoyment to me and my roommates. Parking has been a huge benefit too, since there is plenty of space in the Bear Village parking lot, and it is close enough to campus to walk. I would definitely recommend Bear Village to any student looking for affordable off campus housing!

I love Bryan Properties! By far the best place I have lived. I don't have anything negative to say for them. They take very good care of their tenants! Maintenance is fast. They keep everything up to date and my four kids love the summer pool parties!!
