Since the overhaul in management, this BK runs much, much faster. Before, we waited in drive-thru for almost an hour and now, even dine-in is out like 2 minutes after you order. We were the only ones in there the last time we visited, but I think most people have lost their faith in this location, and rightfully so. Our kids love the playplace, or we probably wouldn't have given them another chance.

This is the dirtiest store, the employee's are not trained and they Know nothing about customer service. Didn't know how to make a simple on the menu the caramel coffee drink, ran out of chocolate syrup after making 8 milk shakes, they had No soda. All of this on a Saturday night 6-7:30 for a childs birthday party. Yes, we were very ticked off and no we will not be going back.
