Loved the dresses, loved the staff. However we were very disappointed that they didn't have a dress that my mom loved in her size. In order to get it to the store for her to try on she would have had to purchase it. Since they have a no return policy on formal dresses if the dress didn't work out she would be out the money. Interested, but not interested enough to loose out on almost $300 for a dress that we didn't know would fit. I understand that formal stores have a no return policy for good reasons but you should be able to order a dress if it's in stock somewhere to try it on. It also didn't seem like they were going to take measurements to see if the other size would have fit my mother, like a typical formalware store would do. This store seemed somewhere in between a DEB and a David's bridal but for prom.
