Stay very far away from this company. Called to inquire about getting a quote for replacing hardwood on stairs for carpet. Person who picked up the phone was obviously aggravated someone called and was extremely rude the entire conversation. Once I asked what the cost would be for them to remove the hardwood, the person chastised back at me "I don't want any part of that". I was blown away by how rude this guy was. He must be doing pretty well to behave that way to potential customers. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
