When we went there to return several cartridges we bought that didn't work, we were met with a confused clerk who had to call the owner, who seemed less than interested in our customer satisfaction. He told her to tell us to come back another day. So, not only do their cartridges not work, their owner doesn't either. Next time, I'll gladly pay full price and get a quality product from a company that cares about my business.
