Beware, Very inconsiderate about personal schedules. Did not show up on time nor were they good communicators about their arrival. They caught and removed the critter. IT RETURNED! and they would not honor a guarantee or warranty. They wanted me to pay their high price again. Do not waste your business on them!

Wildly overpriced. Almost $700 to tape a plastic tube in the hole bats were using for entry and exit, then coming back several months later to remove the one-way rig and half ass cover the hole. Less than 30 minutes per visit. I should have got the cost up front. Mistakenly thought they would be close in price range to other I spoke to. Now I know why they were available and they were able to come right out.
