This is the absolute worst company I have ever used for anything. Their lack of professionalism is astounding, I have been blown off on my installation now 3 times with no phone call to alert me that they had Absolutly no intention of showing up. The customers service reps don't have a clue as to what they are doing. I asked 3 different reps the same question and got 3 different answers! The lack of training these people receive is deplorable. I do not appreciate the lack of respect for my time like it isn't important and I have nothing better to than to be stood up consistently. I have never had a harder time spending money with another company.
