I am currently sitting outside of a Charlotte Russe in Zona Rosa which ope!!!!ns at 10 but it's 11 and nobody is here!!!! I drove an hour to get here and they aren't open. No letter nothing !! Lights are on!!!???? 2 other people are waiting too!! Crappy customer Service
