Went here about 4:30 yesterday afternoon, wasn't greeted or helped. A guy walked in soon after me and was warmly greeted/helped. I then asked for help and was told that I needed an appointment. I asked to make an appointment and the lady said I'd have to CALL to make one?!? Then I asked if I could try on a dress and take a picture and she said "no."
This place is absolutely rude and ridiculous. I went down the street to Kay Bridal, and Kay, the owner, though it was now near her 5:30 closing time, stayed open long enough to help me try on 3 dresses and help me make a selection that fit my budget.
Save yourself some time and skip this one. Go 4 blocks down the street for a much more pleasant and personal experience!!!
EDIT: Tried to call today, THREE TIMES, before posting this review, all i got was ringing and then a fax machine sound...
