The reason I'm giving a "Hated It" review is because everything started out fine for the first 2 years and then they packed up in the middle of the night and moved on like the Colts out of Baltimore. I understand businesses don't always succeed, but the way she handled it is pathetic. There is a sign on the door saying they are experiencing "Technical Issues". All the eyewear has been removed from the store....Looks like they shutdown to me. I left them a message asking when I could get my contacts and never heard back. Now when I call I get no answer. UPDATE 8/26/2013. Dr. Hahn responded to my email and provided me with my contact information. Still kind of puzzled I didn't receive a phone call to inform me that I wouldn't be getting my contacts.
