Lying to me to get my business
Mom was Torres being taken off almost ALL of her medication whe. They told me they would continue all of them. To get me to sign up with them
Calling them with an emergency and being told a nurse would be sent right out. After 5 hours of waiting. I finally called them back to inquire where the nurse was "I just got in shift I can send someone now"
Not supplying is with ANYTHING for 2 days but end of life drugs... I had no dusters or chucks or gloves etc. I'm a sole caregiver and I couldn't run out and buy things !!! But had they TOLD me I would have obviously
Saying thru would have a volunteer here while I went to a very important medical appointment then calling me a few hours before that appointment saying they mis spoke and couldn't have a volunteer here !!!
Mom running a very high temperature of 102 and krbdra saying she would have medication delivered to control the fever. Then not getting anything for three days until I called a supervisor to complain
They had me give my mother medication she had never been on and she had horrible side effects that almost hastened her death !!
And the one night I did call at 1am fir help they finally sent a very nasty nurse out to my house who was cruel.
I called 911 for help as I wasn't getting anything from crossroads then the nurse yelled at me in the ER as my mother was getting help
And then their social worker Mark called the following day and threatened me for 32 minutes saying they were coming to get all their medical equipment including the bed ASAP
Telling me I had to pay cash for her hospitalization until I was literally in tears and panic with his threats
I could go on and on. I had no clue I could have fired them in the spot. Now I'm educated in my rights and I would never tolerate what they did to us their representative "Julie" lied and lied to get my business
Nasty horrible woman visited I. The hospital and said she can't help us.
Talk about abuse
I have a new hospice and they have been fabulous !!!
