Our visit & purchase went wonderful. Teresa was very knowledgeable, & extremely patient while we tried out each of the lift chairs (even though we came in near the end of the business day on a Friday). Delivery scheduling was very accomodating, & we were actually able to receive our chair a day early.... which was much appreciated since our old lift chair finally bit the dust. Physical delivery was made without a hitch. All in all, a very successful Team win!
