First of all the people at this location are very nice. I will give them that.
Unfortunately when spending $200+ nice isn't good enough for me to return.
I ordered glasses and contacts here. When I went to pick up my glasses I noticed my prescription was wrong. No big deal. Mistakes happen. When I got them in the second time they were wrong again. They said it was a problem with their computer system. When I got them in the third time there was no difference. Wrong again.
When I went on the live chat (customer service) on Crown Vision's website to see if I could be helped by another location to ensure that I get my correct glasses the person told me to call customer service. Why have a chat customer service line if they are just going to refer you to another line?
I am just fed up.
