I've been working for DFT for 7 months now and I can tell you that it was the BEST decision. I read the reviews/complaints and rather then focus on the problem, I focused on the opportunity. I've worked for 100 year old companies that have it all figured out and treat you like a robot with defined career paths that you don't even want to head down. With DFT, it was new and fresh and I knew that I could help be the change here. Now, I've been promoted to a manager and my feedback is truly valued. The bottom line is, EVERY company is going to have their issues, but not every company is going to care. We continue to get better every day.
