Linda was a delightful landlord. Every issue we had she dealt with quickly. She was very reasonable upon moving out, which is hard to say about other landlords I've had in Columbia. There were a couple of times that the maintenance man came unannounced. After talking about it, however, he always gave appropriate notice from then on out. I'd definitely recommend renting at one of Linda's properties.
