D&H Drug Store

If there was a place for Zero Stars that's what I would have rated my experience with this store today. I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for almost 25 years. The pharmasist, Gene Forrester whos is a part owner of this business, was very disrespectful to me because they didn't take my new insurance provider, which is United Health Care. I said that I would need to transfer my scripts elsewhere. The pharmasist and another employmee then proceeded to question me about where I get my insurance and didn't seem to understand the words "private pay" insurance. I work but I am not prvided insurance through that company. They asked several times what company my insurance was through, I answered the same thing each time, it's not through my job it's private pay. Then they wanted to know if it was Obama Care or some other type of government assist plan because they dont take those. The pharmasists disrespectful comment after that was, I guess you picked a cheap plan that we don't take. Cheap, really? I pay over $600 a month, United Health Care Insurance is one of the top insurance companies in the US. There was no need to argue with me or continue to berate me for the type of insurance I have. I have since transfered my prescriptions and my daughters to another pharmacy.
