I am extremely impressed with the extraordinary customer service that I received from the ELCO Service Department. I did not have an appointment but they took care of me as well as explained what was needed to fix my car in great detail. I was greeted by Ken who was very welcoming and helpful. Bill who is extremely knowledgeable, not only fixed my car; he provided me with great information about my car. Because of my wonderful experiencs, I will not take my car anywhere else. I truly appreciate and trust these guys.
