Energy Pro Windows & Siding

Just saw my son's home remodel; he is having some issues with his windows and doors installed by Energy Pro. I ask him what he thought of Energy Pro, and he said they were OK but surprised that Stan Cramer advocates for them. He said he wouldn't discourage someone from using them, but encourages getting at least three quotes and ensure everything is in writing.
