Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made a reservation when I showed up the car wasn’t ready. There no reason why it shouldn’t been ready when I made a reservation for 3:00pm. I check in got all the paperwork out of the way just to find out the car wasn’t ready. I had to wait around for 20 minuets for the car. The enterior wasn’t clean and it also had a funny smell to it, as well as the plug to the charger wasn’t working. That’s a huge inconvenience when you’re on a road trip. I definitely will not be using this location in the future.

Customer service was superb. The sales rep was very helpful and courteous . I can't ask for more. They even dropped me off where my own car was parked . I'll be a regular enterprise rent a car customer. Thanks Enterprise, you made my driving needs easier, as always!
