Factory Direct Appliance

Absolutely the worst experience with this store. Over a month before closing on our new home, we were told to go to Factory Direct to pick from 3 appliance packages which we did. After speaking with the sales rep, we were told that he would coordinate with the builder to make sure the appliances were in place before our closing date. Closing day comes and the appliances aren't there. After 4 days of unreturned messages and being told the right person wasn't working that day, I had to go into the store and demand action. I was initially told it would be a week before they could get the appliances installed (and a week more of eating carryout). Finally I was able to get my builder involved and they installed the appliances for Factory Direct after they tranfered them to the factory. My advice would be to stick with Nebraska Furniture Mart given the opportunity. If you are working with a builder who uses this company, make sure you stay on top of them if you want the appliances in place by the time you move in.
