Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Absolute nightmare, I'm easy to please on my hair, but this woman that cut my hair ruined it, I came in for a trim and to cut a flip out of the back of my hair and some how I have bangs and all new layers that were definitely not wanted or asked for.. She even showed me where she messed up and cut too much but showed me how to cover it up.. I've never cried over a hair cut but the time it's taken me to grow my hair out and what she did was horrible and she should not be cutting hair!! They also made me pay for it, even the manager came over to try to fix it and just told her what she would have to do...I look like a boy now, they butchered it.. uggggghhhh truly disgusted....
