The employees do more talking than cutting. They said "15" minutes, and 30 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting. So, I ask about how much longer it will be. The employee that first said "15" minutes, looked at the other employee, and asked her how much longer. She replied, I don't know, then the first employee looks at me and says, "it may be a while, if you would like to wait". I was stunned... I walked out, and will never return.

My niece went to this fantastic Sam's to get her first haircut. She is 10 but her hair grows very slowly so this was her first haircut. As some old lady is cutting her hair we told her it was her first time and that she wanted it styled. The lady began asking if she had kidney problems because her hair grew so slowly and that at should take her to the doctor because she might have kidney cancer. She continues talking about how having hair grow slowly is bad throughout the haircut. Her great grandpa died two months ago from kidney cancer. My niece starts bawling as the lady cuts her hair and continues blabbing about how she might be sick. So as this is happening she sees white gunk in my nieces hair, because she often plays with slime. So this lady yells from across the store to another lady "I think she might have lice!" and asks the other lady to come over and check. So my niece that was crying is now freaking out and this lady doesn't seem to care and continues to yell about the lice. The other lady said her hair was fine. We wait till the cut is done, pay then get out of there because both my nieces are losing it. The lady does not apologize and instead says that they are too sensitive. Such a ridiculous and rude employee. Would have refused payment by sadly my nieces couldn't wait much more as they were still crying their eyes out. Don't waste your money here. ***EDIT*** After contacting the manager we were issued a refund and an offer of a free haircut. After explaining what happened, the manager was quite furious at her employee's behavior. The manager was very understanding and helpful to resolve this situation. Luckily this was only one employee, so perhaps the rest are worth a try. I hate to see businesses fail and strip malls lie empty.
