They put my whole family at risk... In July 2016 I bought a used van for my wife and kids. First Choice Auto was recommended to me as fair and honest. I took the vehicle to them to have the frame and safety features checked prior to purchase and they said the van had been incredibly well cared for and I was buying a "like new" vehicle (they even went to the "extra step" to ensure there were no frame issues). A few weeks ago my wife was in a minor fender bender. When another repair shop began to work the minor damage they found a lot of pre-existing damage that would have been noticeable during First Choice's look (including a compromised frame), damage that made the car a driving death machine. Their "expert" input gave a dangerous false sense of security and left my family driving a deadly car for over a year. I'm just glad it was only a fender bender before we learned the truth!
