They charged me twice and refuse to fix issue. Tried telling me they do not have a receipt for the charge, so I need to contact my bank. I showed proof of my receipt and pulled up the charge on my banking ap. He insisted to tell me it couldn't be on their end etc. Honestly even a gift card would suffice. Make a mistake you make it right and they refused to. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere and relay the message to everyone else.
