I used First Light Home Care North St. Louis on 2 different occasions; once with my Mother, then again with my Father. I found both the caregivers and the owner to be very professional, dependable and caring. I was surprised how hands on Jacqueline O'Quinn, owner, was with her employees and clients. I feel she goes over and above to satisfy her customers. I highly recommend FirstLight Home Care of North St. Louis.
