I purchased two hearing aids from this provider. I was given the option of a 30 day free trial on some very expensive hearing aids. I was told that if I did not purchase any hearing aids from them, there would be a $599 non-refundable fee. I would not have agreed to the non-refundable fee, but the audiologist assured me that the fee would go toward any other hearing aid as long as I purchased from him. I tried out the expensive ones and found them not to be worth the money, so I returned them and got two less expensive aids from them. The audiologist was very rude and insisted it was my fault that the pricey ones didn't work. When I paid in full for the less expensive aids, I asked for a receipt showing that I did not owe for the non-refundable part. He kept showing me the computer screen showing that he had reversed the charge. I told him I wanted a written receipt. He refused to give me one! We finally left. Last month (almost a year later), I got a bill from Freeman Physician billing for $1200! I called to complain and they investigated. Freeman Hearing Center is standing firm on my debt. This place is dishonest. I suggest you not go there. I didn't want to give this place one star, but I wasn't allowed to post unless I did!
