Absolutely the worst customer service!! We reserved a car online, got a phone call from the lady to confirm that we were picking up the car at the specified time, went there to pick up the car as agreed and to our disbelief after standing and waiting for the agent for a good 5 minutes, she didn't acknowledge us and continued with her casual phone call. To make it worse, we were the only customers there.
After wasting our 7-10 minutes, we brought our business to the competitor. This location sucks!!!
