I've been at NWMSU for four years and have lived here for 3 of those years. It's well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, and neighbors are pretty easy to deal with. Apartments are always clean upon rental, rent+utilities is very cheap compared to the rest of the city, located only a block off campus, and its an all around great place to live. Would recommend to someone if they're looking for a place.
