H&R Block

The guy there is so rude! I told them abt my address n they said it's fine then I get there n he called me a lier.. got in my face n told me to leave .. I asked who was in charge n it was him.. he told me to control my 3 yr old from crying or we would have to cancel n make a different day.. iv bn going to h&r block for over 15 yrs n never bn treated so mean..
