Took our vehicle here to get the radio checked out and they ended up replacing it, since it was replaced the radio would turn on and off so I contacted them again and they had me bring it back in and they tried fixing it again (for free which I appreciate) but as soon as we got it back it did the same exact thing and we went without a radio after spending 285 the first time for them to replace and fix it. So today we looked at it ourselves and only a handful of wires were hooked up the rest were useless laying there and then also the mounting bracket that was just bought with the head unit when the first messed with it was broken and they glued it back together. Not to mention the second time we went up there it was very unpleasant, the lady heard me walk in then sat on her computer after a minute passed she said I’ll be with you in a sec, then after a little she turned around in her chair, sat in it from across the room and very rudley asked how she can help me... didn’t even get out of her chair to greet a customer to see what they needed. A few years back we brought a Jeep there and they did an excellent job and had no issues this time though I wish could’ve been different
