I took my laptop in to get a hinge replaced, ended up costing over $300 to get all new plastics....and now it won't even stay open (or it flops all the way open). I emailed to tell them of this problem, to which I received a response saying he was basically too busy to respond. Don't waste your money here. I used to love my laptop. Now, I'm shopping for a new one...WAY more problems with it than when I took it in.
