Kakao Chocolate

Very poor customer service. This person named Barb couldn't care less in assisting me with some confusion that came up. Apparently I interrupted her cell phone play time. As I was leaving she snapped at me " It's not our fault. " Unacceptable to even say that to a first time customer. Needs to be trained on customer service. Will never step foot in the Maplewood location again and will tell my friends the poor customer service I received.

I know people who would mortgage their children for a trip through Kakoa. They have a great variety of flavors, and the chocolate is made fresh. If you have a yen for chocolate, you should spend your summer vacation here.
