Mr. Jeff King came to our house and completed the appraisal. He was an hour late to complete the appraisal and didn`t bother to call to let me or my husband know. He assured me the appraisal report would be completed in 3-4 days. However, it took 2 weeks before he got the appraisal report turned into the lender. Mr. King did NOT communicate well and would NOT return my phone calls. He repeatedly told the lender that his report would be done on several different days and was still days late. The lender had such a hard time communicating with him that the manager of the lending company and the compliance officer at the lending company had to call. Once we finally got the appraisal the lender immediately turned it over for review so that we could contest it because Mr. King valued our home $40,000 less then an appraisal done less then 2 years ago and since the previous appraisal updates were made to the home. Now our closing date has been pushed back twice due to his late report and for now it is all on hold until the appraisal is out of review. I will be reporting Mr. King and this appraisal company to every possible outlet. I wouldn`t recommend this company to anyone.
