Kitty Hawk Apartments

We love the home we rent from Kitty Hawk Apartments, but the management is completely unprofessional. They are unresponsive, unhelpful and have poor internal communication. The way they run their business is completely archaic. Renting from this establishment is not worth the frustration.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The staff at Kittyhawk has taken it upon themselves to enter my apartment MULTIPLE times without any sort of notice whatsoever. Twice now they have moved and torn up my belongings. They do not return calls if their life depended on it. I have never missed a rent payment and have never had any complaints against me. If you are a honest, normal person - DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Safe, never felt unsafe. Maintenance is great to work with. Not a fan of the new management. Doesn't return phone calls and communication is very lacking.

The first year was good. New management seemed dishonest or not committed to great service and professionalism that is essential for business in general. Apartments needed to be kept up better as well. Outdated appliances and not energy efficient at all!
