I went to the Belton, Mo location and they said they weren't able to give me an email to send them my tax documents for my business. It's just a simple spreadsheet of expenses, nothing that has anything like a SSN or TIN/EIN. I setup a secure location online for them to get it, but they were unwilling to do that. They were able to do this for me the last 2 years, but are now unwilling to do this, because of the new management. If you're looking for a tax office that is accommodating, look elsewhere.
